It seems very balanced in my opinion. This is very good. You seem to have dairy and plenty of vegetables and fruits in your diet. Remember a diet only means what you eat, not those "healthy plans". Overall, you have protien in your foods for instance the ribs, the cashews, and the small turkey wrap. So, keep up the healthy balanced meals. Oh and my advice to you is go homemade on many of the things. For instance, cut out the Cheez-its for just cut up cheese on a toothpick with crackers or something!

2004 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, stuck in 4 high?

I just bought a 2004 Wrangler Unlimited. When looking at it, I noticed the 4 high/low indicator on the insturment panel wasn't working. Just to make sure it was enganging, I marked the front drive shaft, put it in 4 high and low, drove a few feet and made sure it spun. Recently though while driving it aroung town (in 2wd) it would feel like it was in 4 high, especially in parking lots, tight turning situations. So,again while in 2wd, I marked the front drive shaft and drove a few feet....it is turning. Is this normal?? Should it spin in 2wd and it's just an indicator light out, or do I have a bigger problem? Any adivce would be appreicated. Thanks

Does anybody else think that would be nice to have? Auto Voltage Regulator + Computer Power Supply Inquiry?

I have a generic AVR that I've been using for almost a year. I've been using it with a 500W Power Supply. It only has 3 slots of 220V. It works fine until last April 2011. I just bought a new computer and this time with a 700W PSU. Just a while ago, we're smelling a sulphur-like burnt out stink. We're getting nervous because we're trying to find where the smell is coming from. Its not in my computer because its still running fine. Until we've discovered it was coming from the AVR. I'ts working fine but the smell is really strong like it's burning. We've turned off the computer immediately. What may be the cause of this? is it my 700W PSU that cannot be handled by my generic AVR? I just borrowed a somewhat heavy duty AVR with a voltage indicator.. It's large and heavy. So I believe this is a heavy duty AVR. It states the 500VA in the unit. Will this help or will burnt out like my old AVR? Pls help. Thank you!

I got into my durango last week to go to work started fine reversed fine. Then I put it into drive and in 1st gear the engine was wailing/racing with a loud noise but the rpms were at 1,500. It shifted into 2nd fine and drove great for the rest of the day. Even when I would start out in 1st gear again it was fine. Then yesturday the same thing happened in the morning and again it was fine after it shifted into second. When I got into my car after work the Malfunction Indicator Light"Check Engine Light" came on. I did the key trick to check the code and it was P0700. I know what the code is. I know its telling me that something is wrong in the Trans or TCM. I'm going to the dealer in 2 days because I'm working but the Durango is sitting at home while I drive the van to work. Corrosion of steel nails: why are the anodes and cathodes where the are?

Hi, i am doing a corrosion experiment for chemistry and i'm using phenolphthalein and potassium hexocyanoferrate indicators to see where oxidation and reduction occur on the nails, which are set in agar jelly in petri dishes. i have set up 9 petri dishes and there doesn't seem to be a clear pattern as to where oxidation and reduction are occurring, as indicated by the phenolphthalein turning pink at the cathode (reduction) with hydroxide ions being formed, and the potassium hexocyanoferrate turning blue at the anode (oxidation) with Fe2+ ions being formed. So where the anodes and cathodes are on the nails in the 9 petri dishes are all in different places, so I was just wondering if oxidation/reduction are occurring on random places on the nail (the nails haven't been stressed/damaged at all) or if there is some logical explanation for what's happening or what should happen? When I got into my car after work the Malfunction Indicator Light"Check Engine Light" came on. I did the key trick to check the code and it was P0700. I know what the code is. I know its telling me that something is wrong in the Trans or TCM. I'm going to the dealer in 2 days because I'm working but the Durango is sitting at home while I drive the van to work. about a week ago I had my first ultra sound, the heart beat was great (I'm 9 weeks along now, 8 weeks along then) my blood test results showed much higher than normal HCG levels but I'm not having twins, the doctor said that was a very good sign. Brought Angel my 7y/o chug to emergency animal hospital, $900 later I was told they think she may have an unspecific virus and is presently on antibiotics. I got into my durango last week to go to work started fine reversed fine. Then I put it into drive and in 1st gear the engine was wailing/racing with a loud noise but the rpms were at 1,500. 2000 2wd Honda Passport Transmission?

Hello I have a 2000 honda passport, the problem is that occasional when I start the car there would be no light in the transmission indicator my car still drives but when I accelerate and stop, the car would judder. First time I noticed this is when I was driving and then I noticed my transmission indicator was on P. Restarting the car fixes the problem. If you keep piling up your fridge with these sort of snacks, then you'll keep eating them, simple as that. I used to have a snacking problem, like it felt as though my mouth was so bored when it wasnt eating. Or another way would be keep yourself busy. the garage cant held responsible for u because they only doing major service for u...if they had change ur head gasket and then the coolant and oil mixed again....then u can charge them...but u had only done major service with them,....so u cant depend on them for wat had happened for your car....actually you should always check your engine oil level and coolant level and make a record so u can know if something happen..now the oil and coolant had mixed and it look like a peanut butter...u have to overhaul it...the best advice i can give u...make a full overhaul,dont just change head gasket because when u change head gasket...they just will take off ur head cylinder and just change the gasket...wat bout the oil+coolant in piston and crankshaft...so make a full overhaul for ur safety and make sure u done with a good and trustworthy workshop or service centre...hope this help u my fren

I've been working out and eating usually eggs with fresh veggies, fruit, and oatmeal for breakfast, lunch a couple of porkchops with sweet potatoes and in between snack on lightly salted cashews and beef jerky. Fsx CRJ 700 ILS problem?

When using the CRJ 700 the glide slope needles are always on both in gps and nav mode. When I actually try to do a ILS landing the horizontal indicator will move and intercept but the vertical needle remains centers and the plane starts to sink. When I engage the ILS approach hold switch I am close enough to the runway that this should not be an issue. I also find it weird that it only stays in the center. Any help would be great.

It really depends on a persons style. For example when my children would paint at 3,4 and 5 I use to love their free spirit and the simple way they placed different colors on huge paper. It would come out beautiful, but now my oldest is a teen and she loves to draw anime manga art. She is very gifted. When I was in college that was fantastic because I was up in the mountains and they had me start drawing landscape: trees, mountains, rivers, use colors, so it was great. someone like picasso would do a simple linear of a body and everyone said, "wow..thats amazing". i guess it sounds ok, but maybe lacking a bit in iron. you should add more greens to your diet. some greens you need fat to help you absorb, so i like to sautee my spinach in a bit of extra virgin olive oil. other than that, i would cut out the diet soda if its a cola. diet or not it is really bad for you. i just recently read a study that said the caramel coloring in colas was shown to cause cancer.

What's the worst allergic reaction you've had?

When I was around 8 or 10 I ate some seafood, woke up in the morning and my eyes, hands, and lips were all swollen. The next day my mother took me to a allergy doctor and they stuck about 10 small needles in my arm at once with labels on them like dust, pollen, weeds, tree, seafood, and some other stuff and all off them puffed up but about 3 indicating that I was allergic to those ones. All of the ones I said, im am allergic too right now, but the seafood one seemed to wear off some years later. I came here today because I think i've had the worst allergic reaction today since back then. The pollen count here today is really high, red zone high, and all day in school i've just been blowing my nose because it wouldn't stop running even though it's clogged and I can't breath through it. I bought some off brand allergy medicine from a dollar store, but im throwing that stuff in the trash and getting something like claritin or zyrtec because the stuff I took today didn't work one bit. It's a horrible feeling, Im starting to hate the spring.

Are you talking about one of those self adhesive thermometers? Not sure if the glue used would be safe for the fishes or not, so just to air on the side of caution.... I would definitely lower the water line if possible before attempting to remove it. You may need top use a razor blade to remove it all-keep the glass wet while using a blade on it so it doesn't scratch.

Dell Inspiron 6000 battery warning light won't shut off?

I have an OLD Dell Inspiron 6000 laptop. At one point the battery ran down to empty just as I was doing a hibernate. In other words it never finished the hibernation process before turning off. Since then, the battery warning indicator light, below the lower right of the screen, won't stop blinking orange, even when plugged into the wall outlet. I have rebooted. I have removed the battery. I have fiddled with various power settings including those that should turn off the warning lights. None of these attempts have worked. Any thoughts on how I can get the system back to normal?

ok i have this friend.....lets call her HF for hyper friend ;D. HF is one of those people who everytime you see them they want you to go over to their house or to come over to yours......and i asm one of those people who has trouble saying no. i see her twice a week......did i mention shes ADHD? im not making fun of her at all but people with ADHD you can only have a little bit of before you get annoyed. anyway she came up with this idea that we should get together that night. i see it as a point system, so since i had been to her house twice and shes only been to mine once (we live abotu an hour away from eachother) i figured iowed her. well she came to my house and it was about nine when we got there. the last time she was at my house, we went down in my basement (hangout type place) and made random videos with my camera because she decided she wanted to do it again. she had this crazy idea to make a video tour of my basement and present it as my house.....so she could hold the camera.....to make a long story a bit shorter my parents and i were tired out. her momw as not able to pick her up until 6 (almost twenty four hours of her) we were sitting on my porch waiting for my mom to get home from work....because HF wanted to go to mcdonalds for some reason.......even though i knew my mom wouldnt take us....because she is an awesome mom lol. i asked her if we wanted to go for a walk and she said it was too hot out. later she asked me and i told her it was too hot out and she got mad at me. omg and in the morning she said "can i have some cereal" i have no problem with getting my friends things when they are at my house so i went and got jher some cereal, but heres the thing that REALLY ticked me off.......when she was done slurping (yes slurping) up her cereal she said these exact words: "whats for lunch?" you have to understand she ate a whole container of banana chips and cashews and even some bbq chips that morning. the night before she said she felt like throwqing up so she went on my couch....i believe her but that night she ate a LOT. we got out some paddles and a ball and went outside to lay with them, when we did, she could NOT hit the ball. she kept telling me to throw it right when i clearly was. she made me put down the paddle and toss the ball backand forth until i could throw it and she could catch it. befgore she caught it though she seriously moved her hands out fo the way as soon as the ball cam toward her. i dont know if mshe did it on perpose BUT i do think she wasnt giving much effort. efter that we got the paddles out again and everytime i didnt hit the ball, she would say "the ball is supposed to go right here" and point to the middle of the paqddle. whenever i threw it at her and she missed i would say that exact same thing and she would say "you arent throwing it right, do we need to toss teh ball again?" i was fed up with her and vice versa. after a while we were waiting for her to get picked up and i was tired and acting snotty at that point even thought she might have been a bit too. i was sitting at the table with my mom dreaming about naps......when she asks if i want to go outside and i say "im planted here right now" so she went outside and i came otu after i was forced by my parents. it was awkward and i waited for her to say something like ask what we should do....when she said "what happened to 'im planted here'?" that was it. i went back inside without saying a word....because what are you supposed to sdasy to something like that? she came back in and we went where my parents couldnt hear us. she said "i was joking. i thought you would laugh." and i said "sorry" she said "its ok" this is going to sound really stupid but when you say sorry to something like that you expect the other person to tell you it wasnt ur fault. she said it in a rude voice when i came ouside afte rmy parents told me to. one time i told her the day before i had a graduation to go to, and then she asked me to come to one with her so she wouldnt be bored. i did know both people with graduations but i wanted to go to the one i was going to go to.when i told her no, she got really mad and didnt speak to me for the rest of the day when i already told her i had other plans please tell me who wa more rude and if i can tolerate another sleepove rwith her? also, how can i say no when she wants to get together and i dont want to

Why has the oven (both bake and broil) on my electric range oven stopped working?

This is the second time this has happened this year! The first time it happened we simply replaced our older appliance with a slightly newer, used one. This one is a GE and has no clock or any self-cleaning controls. It just has the 4 range/burner controls with a single oven control in the middle, which controls both oven temperature and broil. Neither the broil nor baking features work at all, and the indicator light does not come on when I turn on the oven. The range seems to be working fine, however. What's the problem? And why has it happened more than once so recently? We live in a very old house, and I'm concerned about the old wiring. Could there be surges or failures causing this?

Supersonic TV does not turn on...?

I have a Supersonic SC-222A-BK digital flat-screen TV that is AC/DC capable. The power indicator light does not turn on, nor the TV itself. This occurs when the original AC power converter is used. I was wiring a dedicated 12 volt source to it from a new fuse box I had recently installed and I think I reversed the 12volt polarity to the TV. Is it worth it to repair it, or have I possibly ruined it?

I'm a 20 year old female. I have at least six bruises on my body right now and I'm not currently playing any contact sport (I only run like twice a week), I'm not really clumsy, and they're not from anyone else. Most of the time I only notice the bruises after they've formed and I lean up against something, or I accidentally touch it. I noticed it awhile ago; maybe about six months since I noticed my multitude of bruises. This hasn't ever been an issue. I'm worried this might be an indicator of something else, something serious. I don't think you know what it is to be vegan. it's not a weight loss diet, it's a lifestyle. ANd you should be eating whole foods as well...not fuits and vegetables all the time. You can eat brown rice, pasta, etc... with fried or steamed vegetables.
