How much weight could i lose with this diet plan?

First off im a female, 16 years old, a bit of 5'5, and 125 lbs. Ive cut out soda, fast food, and really almost all processed foods. i mainly eat fresh fruits such as grapes, strawberries, grapefruit, watermelon; fresh, unsalted, unroasted nuts like cashews and a lot of almonds. I also eat special K cereal and honey nut Cheerios, and an occasional egg for protein. As far as drinks go i either drink apple juice, orange juice, but a majority is water and gatorade. I fast walk 2 miles a day and do yoga. how much could i lose before summer is over?
