Freightliner automatic shift problems?

I have a amart shift 2005 Freightkiner century and it flashes "F" on the shift number indicator, then when u come to a stop it won't shift down or up. we have replaced both speed sensors and the shift high low selonoid. It will drive perfectly and the flash this "F" and when you come to stop it won''t shift.
