Does Priceline use hotels for their opaque listings that are not regularly listed on the site? Read more: htt?

I am looking to place a bid on a hotel in CT, I did some reseach and I can only find presdent for the website using two hotels in the class and zone I am looking for in the past 5 years. Only one of these hotels is listed in the regular set price setion of the website. Is this an indicator of what hotel is the "mystery" hotel?
