How to turn on wireless adapter?

I have installed win7 ultimate instead of my previous win home basic to my packard bell tm85, then I installed all of the drivers, but wifi indicator in upper right corner dont lights. In my opinion my wifi adapter is turned off. how can I turn it on. I have tried Fn+F2 but it doesnt work. please help. thanks in advance
