Is this a healthy meal?

It seems very balanced in my opinion. This is very good. You seem to have dairy and plenty of vegetables and fruits in your diet. Remember a diet only means what you eat, not those "healthy plans". Overall, you have protien in your foods for instance the ribs, the cashews, and the small turkey wrap. So, keep up the healthy balanced meals. Oh and my advice to you is go homemade on many of the things. For instance, cut out the Cheez-its for just cut up cheese on a toothpick with crackers or something!
