Is chicken and white rice a good diet?

It depends on how much you weigh and how tall you are and if you are underweight or overweight. If you are overweight then this is good; but it would be better if you added some vegetables so you get fiber and vitamins. Spinach has calcium as does yogurt. Also, its good to vary your diet so you dont have the same thing for lunch and dinner. Maybe try some fish or beans. How about some fruit. Aren't you hungry on that diet? I would be.
