Royal Marines nut allergy - more info inside.?

I am hopefully joining the Royal Marines and I am allergic to nuts. There is no trace of this on my medical records but I've had numerous allergic reactions while eating nuts, nothing more than sickness (the most being 5 days of straight throwing up because I ate a cashew) These will range from getting a slight tingly feeling in my throat and mouth to being very sick. Do they conduct any tests on you when joining? I can touch nuts without my skin going red or taking any different colour.
