Help my 7y/o chug been diagnosed with unspecific virus.?

Brought Angel my 7y/o chug to emergency animal hospital, $900 later I was told they think she may have an unspecific virus and is presently on antibiotics. She threwup 8x's, could barely hold herself, wimpering in pain, lethargic, light fever, passing a small amount of green black gel like poop with difficulty, no appetite, one eye appears a little droopy. She was in heat this past week and another neighborhood chiuahua got stuck in her had to separate them with water took awhile to detach them. Also she loves the sun. She also had some cashews my nephew shouldn't have given her. I'm wondering if anyone out there has had similar situation or advice?
