What are your favorite easy low carb meals?
I just successfully completed day 2 of my low carb diet. My goal for the first 2 weeks is 40 -60 carbs a day. So far I had an omelette, pollo asada salad, a protein shake, some cashews, baby bell cheese. tuna, what are some other ideas?
