This is what I've been eating so far on my new diet?

Oats, Quinoa, Couscous, Brown rice, Enriched B12/Iron cereal, Almonds, Walnuts, Cashews, Dates, Prunes, Apricots, Figs, Flax seeds, Pumpkin seeds, Sesame seeds, Sunflower seeds, Red apples, Blueberries, Strawberries, Blackberries, Raspberries, Peanut butter, Cinnamon, Wheat germ, Baby Romaine, Mixed Baby Greens, Spring Mix, Poland Spring 100% Natural Water, and Herbal Spearmint Tea. Every item is organic. Is this a healthy diet?
