I have 1 scoop of V CORE before my workout.I have 1 scoop of V CORE and 1 scoop of whey protein plus with 1 tablespoon of low fat peanut butter after my workout.Mixed nuts are good as long as they're non salted.Walnuts are best.Most protein bars are full of sugar and fat but I keep a couple in case I don't have time to go home and fix my shake.Shakes are much better in my opinion.
