Permit required to export cashews from tamilnadu to kerala (same country but different state)?

Hi, I have a new client who needs cashew kernels; the problem is he is based in kollam, kerala .. he says transportation must be taken care by me. Anybody if you have any knowledge kindly let me know the permits that I should apply for transporting / exporting cashews from TN to Kerala.
