Removal of flat moles?

Moles OFTEN have "roots" that go through all of the dermal layers deep into the epidermis. This means that the physician needs to cut out a core(margin) below the mole. It is not a simple case of "burning" it off with an acidic cream or such. Resecting it out and sewing/gluing up the site are very important steps to insure adequate mole removal. Good Luck
