What's the perfect gift for my bff that is turning 20 in August?

My best friend is turning 20 in August. I have no idea what to get her since we have done basically everything-scrapbook, picture dvd, picture frames, James Avery charms...I turn 21 in December and she said she is giving me a bad-*** gift. I need help! :)
