Positive result on clear blue digital pregnancy test but no symptoms?

I did a pregnancy test this morning because my period is late, it was the clear blue digital with conception indicator, it said I am 1-2 weeks pregnant but other than my missed period I have no symptoms at all, the thing I noticed when I was pregnant with my first baby is that my breasts were really sore even before my missed period, am I definitely pregnant? I have been trying to get pregnant and I am over joyed I just don't want to be let down by a wrong result on the HTP. Thanks
