Not connecting to netgear n150 with arris modem (comcast)?

I dont know what to do ... I have reset both the modem and the router .. I unplugged everything in the modern, router, computer sequence but still nothing .. the links light indicator is always blinkling and the US light indicator is orange .. PPPlllleeeeeeassse help
